Here's a more detailed breakdown of the Al Amaris honey production process:

Pollination

Bees collect pollen and nectar from flowers. The pollen sticks to their bodies, aiding in pollination, while the nectar is stored in their honey stomachs.

Honeycomb Creation

Back at the hive, bees produce wax to build hexagonal honeycomb cells. They deposit the nectar into these cells, where it begins to evaporate and thicken.

Honey Ripening

Enzymes and bacteria break down the nectar, transforming it into honey. The bees fan their wings to accelerate evaporation, further concentrating the honey.

Honey Storage

Once the honey reaches the desired consistency, the bees seal the cells with wax to preserve it. The honeycomb acts as a natural storage container.

Honey Harvesting

Beekeepers carefully remove frames containing honey from the hive. They use a honey extractor to spin the frames, forcing the honey out of the cells.

Filtering and Packaging

The honey is filtered to remove any impurities, such as wax or pollen. It is then packaged into jars or other containers for sale
